We are pleased to inform you that the temple is celebrating a Chithirai Kani Dharshanam  and Panchanga Patanam Vaibhavam on Tamil New Year.

Since the ancient times, the Panchanga Patanam is performed all across temples on the auspicious day of the Tamil New Year.

As per Canadian time, this Tamil New Year “Hevilambi Varsha”, also known as “Varusha Pirappu”, is observed on the first day of Tamil month, Chithirai, which starts at 3:19 PM on Thursday, April 13th 2017.  On the eve of Varusha Pirappu, devotees pray to the Gods, and wish for prosperity for the coming year.

We have also planned to perform a special Morning Pooja, Abishekam for Sri Ayyappan, Chithirai Kani Tharpanam, and Panchanga Patanam.

All devotees are cordially invited to attend with family and friends for the morning and evening special pooja at our temple. Those who are willing to sponsor are requested to contact our temple directly at the earliest.
