Thai Pongal Thirunal – January 14th, 2018

We are pleased to inform you that the temple is celebrating a Thai Pongal Thirunal 2018 on the current auspicious Hevilambi year (Sunday, January 14th). Thai Pongal is mainly celebrated to convey appreciation to the Sun God for providing the energy for agriculture.

All devotees are cordially invited to participate on this festive occasion with family and friends.

9:45 am – Suryan Abhishekam, Kalasabhishekam
10:00 am – “SRI AYPPAN” Maha Abhishekam, Vishesha Alankaram
11:00 am – Deeparadhanai, Upchara Poojai
12:00 am – Uttara Neerajanam, Prasadam distribution
